Lyman, ME - MX207 Track hosted
the fifth round of the NEATV-MX Series this weekend.
With rain falling on and off towards the end of
the week, race day weather didn’t look to
promising. On Saturday, UTV Trophy Karts motos
were cancelled due to the threatening rain fall.
The rain that fell throughout the night helped
form the perfect track. Race day came with overcast
and a few glimpses of blue sky. The track stayed
moist throughout the day, although, it did get
dusty a little later on. A fair amount of riders
and spectators turned out to the very popular
track.
Suzuki LTR 450/Fox Shocks mounted Dustin Wimmer
flew off the line and took the Nac’s Holeshot
award in the first Pro class moto. Wimmer stayed
out in front the entire moto, keeping a fair
distance from the rest of the pack. Wimmer took
first in the first Pro class moto.

Maxxis'
#191 Dustin Wimmer took the Moto One
Win, but finished 2nd in Moto Two, which
was more than enough to claim the Overall
Win

In the second moto, Wimmer was in a battle
right from the start with Josh Creamer. Wimmer
took the Nac’s holeshot, but was then
passed by Creamer on the first jump. “This
track is really one lined, so it’s really
hard to pass out there, I was on him the whole
time, but he never made a mistake,” commented
Wimmer on his battle with Creamer. Wimmer took
second in the second Pro moto, taking an overall
win in the Pro class.
Motoworks/DWT/Can-Am Josh Creamer injured his
knee last week and was unsure how he wanted
to race this weekend. Creamer came off the line
in fifth, and rode easy in the first few laps
trying to get comfortable with his injury. Creamer
was in the back of the pack for the first few
laps, but was able to make his way up into fourth.
Josh took fourth in the first Pro moto.
