Nashville, IN (7/1/2013) - The second annual AMA MAXC Big Nasty Cross Country race presented by Lucas Oil & Red Bull took place this past weekend in beautiful Nashville, Indiana. Nestled in the heart of the southern Indiana’s hill country, the Big Nasty MAXC is hosted at the old Ski World Resort, which shut down in 2004.

The old Ski World Resort still shows remands of a long history of a popular ski resort with old ski lifts, and several abandoned buildings. The venue also boasts some of the best and most challenging terrain in the ten round AMA MAXC Racing Series. With many elevation changes, creek crossings, and challenging hill climbs, the AMA Big Nasty is one of the most popular events to attend.
