                                    (3/10/2012) – The 2012 GNCC
racing season starts off with a bang this
weekend at River Ranch, Florida where the
sandy and rough terrain is always a challenge
for both man and machine. The competition
will be incredible as three-time Pro ATV champion,
Chris Borich gets set to defend his title
against the likes of Adam McGill and Taylor
Kiser, but they will have their work cut out
for them as Borich is one of the toughest
racers in the series and has proved time and
time again, that he has what it takes to win.

GNCC XC1 Pro Champion Chris Borich -

Maxxis’ #1 Chris Borich will be returning
to the 2012 GNCC series to defend his championship.
Borich will once again be on board the Suzuki
LTR450, but this year, it is without Suzuki
support. Despite the lack of factory support,
                                    Borich isn’t too worried. “We
have so much into these bikes and we have
done the work to make sure that they are solid.
To go with anything else this season would
almost be a set back because we would be back
doing more development trying to get the quads
                                    dialed in,” stated Borich.

Last season Borich won nine out of thirteen
rounds, and this season he is hoping for more.
“I would really like to get a perfect
season. It’s tough to do, but it obviously
can be done. My main focus though is to stay
consistent and win as many rounds as possible
so I can keep the championship,” said
                                    Borich.

Adam McGill made the switch to his own
program this year & will be racing
on his Precision / Lonestar Racing/

                                  Precision Stabilizer’s #2 Adam McGill
had his best season to date in 2011, winning
two rounds and taking second in points for the
Can-Am/Warnert Racing team. This year McGill
will be returning, but he will be coming back
with his own program, which is something he
is very excited about. “I’m going
to be running my own program and be in control
of what goes on with every aspect of it. This
is something that I have wanted to do for a
long time and it is a great opportunity for
me. I have been training hard and I am going
to go out there and try to win a championship,”
stated McGill who will be on a Precision / Lonestar
                                  Racing/ Moto-Xperts Honda TRX 450R for the 2012
                                  season.

The Yamaha / Ballance Racing team will bring
back #3 Taylor Kiser for 2012. Kiser showed
                                    remarkable consistency last season, never
finishing below sixth place, which earned
him third in series points. Kiser has spent
a lot of time in the last few seasons working
with Bill Ballance in the development of the
YFZ450R and training with the 9-time champion.

“Bill is very knowledgeable about set
up and training. He has really helped me out
a lot and I have learned quite a bit from
him. He has a good program in place for us,
and I think it’s going to be a very
                                    successful year,” said Kiser.
