Crawfordsville, IN -Chris Borich
claimed his 11th win of the season, leading from
start to finish at the Amsoil Ironman GNCC - the
13th and final round of the Can-Am Grand National
Cross Country Series in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

9x GNCC Champion, Bill Ballance, made
his return to racing at the"Ironman"
season finale after a serious wreck early
in the season, which left him with multiple
broken bones, but Ballance has overcome
his injuries & was ready to race |

& Thomas Brown (right) were also in
the line-up at the Ironman with Upperman
running for Josh Kirkland in XC2 &
Brown running in the Pro XC1 Class for
his first GNCC Pro ATV race |
In one of his most dominating performances
of the year, the Yoshimura Suzuki rider grabbed
the $250 Motorcycle-USA.comholeshot award to
start the race and then quickly pulled away
as the rest of the field jockeyed for position.

After two hours of racing Borich crossed the
finish line with over a minute to spare ahead
of second place.

DWT's Chris Borich made a statement at
the final round by leading from start
to finish to claim his 11th win of the
year with over a minute to spare, which
marked Borich's 13th podium finish of
the year |
"I got a good start and I knew I had the
championship all wrapped up so I decided to
go out put the hammer down to see what I could
pull," said Borich. "It was just an
awesome day out there and I was having a ball
all by myself."
