Chuckie Creech grabbed the holeshot, but clipped
wheels with Brock Zychowski and spun in the first
turn. Newly crowned two time Pro EDT Champion,
Brad Riley, took the lead and looked to have another
win in the bag until he was sidelined with a sprocket
issue. Nathan Wolff inherited the lead, but Creech
was a man on a mission. Rebounding from last place
at the start, Creech charged through the field
and took the lead from Wolff with a strong outside
pass with two laps to go.

Maxxis' #1
Brad Riley took over the early lead with
Chuckie Creech spinning out in the first
turn
|
“I went into the first turn and Brock and I made
contact,” said Creech of his first Pro victory
of the season. “I was knocked back to dead last.
I was kind of down and out. In the back of mind
I wasn’t sure I could do it. I was making moves
when I saw that Brad (Riley) was on the side of
the track, and that gave me a little more incentive
to push. I was just hoping I had enough time.
I was just breathing and running my own race.

Chuckie Creech
found himself eating dust early in the
race when he spun out in the first turn,
which sent him to last place
|
“Nathan tried to pass me and had a get-off,”
added Creech. “Those Maxxis tires were just toting
the wheels. That’s how I was able to pull off
that outside pass for the win. I just want to
carry this momentum into next year.”

H&H Motorsports’ Josh Hibdon recorded his
first Pro podium of the season with his runner-up
effort. Hibdon ran a limited schedule this year,
running five of the seven rounds.

Josh Hibdon scored a second place in the
Pro Class

“I was back in ninth on the back straightaway
and I moved up to sixth, then Nathan and Chuckie
tangled,” said Hibdon. “I honestly didn’t know
what place I was in; it was that crazy. Twenty
laps on this track is definitely a ride. It feels
really good to be back on the podium on the last
night. The whole weekend went really smooth. Muskogee
has to be the best track of the year. We plan
on doing the whole series next year.”
