Second overall in Pro Sport went to Root River
Racing’s Dylan Tremellen. “The rough track got
to me. I don’t really get to ride anything like
this at home, so it’s tough for me, but we will
come back at Loretta’s and make the best of it,”
explained Tremellen.

Backing up his great Pro Am ride was Westley
Wolfe with third overall in Pro Sport. “I got
unlucky in both motos. Someone crashed yesterday
right in front of me and I couldn’t go anywhere,
so I came from 16th to third. The same thing happened
in the second moto. Right off the holeshot someone
got stuck and I couldn’t go anywhere. I came from
behind for fifth in the moto and third overall,”
said Wolfe.
Cole Sepesi took fourth overall but more importantly
wrapped up the Pro Sport National Championship.
“Moto one I got off to a decent start and moved
up to third. The last lap I got in a pile up with
a few riders and ended up tenth in the moto. Moto
two I knew I needed to get a holeshot with a tenth
place gate pick. It wasn’t the easiest, but I
got the holeshot and led the whole moto. It was
just enough for me to finish up the championship.
I am pumped to be back up on the podium consistently
and to have gotten a championship,” reported Sepesi.
