Millville, MN (6/11/2011) – With things shaping up in many of the 2011 ATV MX classes there are a few classes with battles still up in the air, and a few of the mini classes with titles all but in hand. A few of these names may be fairly new to the circuit, and a few of them may be fairly well known. Some of these names may just be around for years to come as they have made their way through the 50's, 70's, 90's and are now on larger quads. A few of them may be here just for the season as they grow and move into other sports. What I can tell you is there has been some great racing this season, and the season still has stories to be told before it ends. We will start with the smallest of riders and work our way up to the Schoolboy classes pointing out many of the stand out riders and classes that are still a toss up in points.
Bryce Ford - Kasea Youth ATV
Cayman Wilhelmus - Kasea Youth ATV
50 CVT (6-8) points leader #44 Bryce Ford (left) has a 15 point lead ahead of fellow ATV Racer #84 Cayman Wilhelmus (right)

In the 50 Limited Jr (4-6) class, Ethan Ahlm from Cumming, GA comes to the races to win. Ethan has made all but one round so far and has five wins, a third and a no show. Ethan will make a few more rounds and lock up his title at this rate. In another 50 class, the 50 CVT (6-8) points leader is Bryce Ford. Bryce has a comfortable lead, but Cayman Wilhelmus is in second place in the class and will have to make a serious charge with four remaining races and Ford would have to have a bit of bad luck for Wilhelmus to take over the lead.

Lane Baird - Kasea Youth ATV
#25 Lane "The Dude" Baird has swept the 50 Sr. (6-8) class by winning every round he has raced. Baird currently has a 46 point lead ahead of second place
In the Final 50cc class Lane Baird from Baird Motorsports is cleaning up in the 50 Sr (6-8) class. Emily Bowyer sits second in the class, but Cayman Wilhelmus joined the class four races into the season and is on the hunt to take over the second place spot if he stays in the class for the season. On a side note, Baird is from Morganfield, KY where many ATV champions live like Bill Ballance and Jeremiah Jones. Baird could be one of those riders to keep an eye on as the years progress. Baird goes by the Nickname "The Dude", so keep an eye on that dude!

The 70cc classes have some great battles brewing but it comes down to attrition with a few of the riders. The 70 Single Speed (6-11) class is one of those classes. Currently Eli Hopkins is holding the points lead in this class with Jordan Digby in the number two spot. Digby has two wins thus far this season, but most of the other races have had some form of mechanical issue that keep him off the podium. Dispite his mechanical issues, Digby still has a chance to capture the spot if he can finish the last four rounds. Justin Palmer is close on his heals with only a few points back, and will take away that number two spot if Digby can't get back on track.
