Millville,
MN – “I couldn’t
be happier!” said Josh Creamer from the top
of the pro podium, after he dominated both motos
from start to finish at round six of the AMA ATV
Motocross Championships. Joining Creamer on the
podium was Can-Am/Motoworks’ Chad Wienen in
second and John Natalie in third.

The
famous Outdoor National Motocross Track,
Spring Creek MX, hosted its first AMA ATV
Motocross National for Round 6, and it proved
to be a great venue for ATV racing with
its big hills & jumps paired with high
speed whoops sections that challenged even
the pros |

The
opening cermonies was extra special at Spring
Creek with Jeremiah Jones being presented
a race-ready Polaris RZR specifically designed
with a wing door & hand controls. For
Jeremiah this came as a complete surprise,
but all the pros knew about it & many
came over for the surprise presentation.
Special thanks goes out to all those involved
in making this possible: H-Bomb Films, the
Bomb Squad, Division 4, Polaris, Lone Star
Racing, Fox Shox, Hiper Wheels, Maxxis Tires,
PRP Racing , Fullbore Plastics, IMG Motorsports,
All Toys Performance, FMF, K&N Filters,
Motion Pro, and Dana Creech Racing |
This was the first time for Spring Creek MX park
in Millville, MN to host the AMA ATV Motocross
Championships and although the facility itself
is top notch, racers were in for a challenging
ride as the track became quite rough due to all
of the rain that had fallen in the days prior
to the event, and a sand wash in the back section
of the track proved to be particularly brutal.

Suzuki's
#9 Josh Creamer got the jump out of the
gate followed by #10 Greg Gee & #20
Josh Upperman with Creamer taking the
Moto One Holeshot
|
With only thirteen pros on the line for moto
one, it wasn’t hard for Rockstar Makita
Suzuki’s Josh Creamer to grab the moto one
holeshot and hold his lead from start to finish.
Creamer was laying down some impressive lap times
and pulled a five second lead on the competition
before crossing the finish line to take the moto
one win.

|
#9
Josh Creamer was challenged early on by
#10 Greg Gee, but by the 5th lap, Creamer
had put a 5 second cushion between himself
& the rest of the pro class
|
In moto two, there was a little more competition,
but it didn’t seem to bother Creamer one
bit as he flew off the line, grabbing his second
holeshot of the day. Creamer again held his lead
from start to finish, taking the moto two win
and the overall, which gives him a little more
comfort in his points lead.

#9
Josh Creamer & his Yoshimura / Suzuki
LTR450 are proving to be a great combination
as Creamer has already claimed 4 wins
in 6 rounds along with the four straight
moto wins, which has boosted Creamer to
a 15 point lead over two-time reigning
champion, #1 Dustin Wimmer

“Everything went great for me out there.
My Rockstar Makita Suzuki hooked up off the line
and ran great. I felt good out there and I couldn’t
be happier with how everything went today. The
only thing that could have made it better is if
my teammate were up here as well,” said
an ecstatic Josh Creamer.
