Review of DG nerf bars
(written by Travis Markham)

DG nerf barsThe outstanding feature of these nerf bars are the “Race Pegs”. They are set back one inch and down one inch from the stock pegs and make the quad more comfortable to ride. What I like about them is that they are so much longer and wider, providing good stability. The end is also angled up 30 degrees to prevent your foot from slippng off.

The nets were easy to install but it seemed time consuming. They are also adjustable to your preference. Quality and craftsmanship of the overall product seems to be very good and they are quite durable. One recommendation I would like to make is that the shifter and rear brake pedal be adjusted for the one inch drop in the foot pegs. This is very easy to do. I find myself occasionally rubbing my heel on the rear tires, due to the absence of the stock mud gaurds.

I would recommend this product to any racer, trail rider and beginner. At an outragous price of $199, the only thing to consider is if it’s worth the price.
