Yokley Racing's Jarrod McClure Fifth at Loretta Lynn's GNCC
Loretta Lynn's GNCC - Round 13 - Hurricane Mills, TN - November 4, 2012

Frankfurt, KY (11/8/2012) - National Guard / Coastal / Bowers Motorcycle Supplies / Yokley Racing Team rider Jarrod McClure finished 5th Overall and 5th in the XC1 Pro Class.  There were 113 total entries including 16 XC1 Pro racers.

The format for the last GNCC of the year at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch was different as the bikes raced on Saturday and the ATV’s on Sunday.  Rain showers on Saturday night made the track almost perfect for the ATV’s on this crisp autumn race day.  The historic facility features a high-speed grass track, the national caliber Moto Cross track, trails with lots of rocks, gravel and elevation changes.

At the drop of the start flag, Jarrod McClure got a great launch and the $250 Motosport.com Holeshot Award.  The top five XC1 Pros ran nose to tail for the first several laps, with the lead changing hands several times per lap.  Jarrod ran a good, smooth race and finished in 5th place at the end of the 5 lap, 2 hour race.

Jarrod finished the 2012 GNCC Pro ATV XC1final rankings in 5th place, and will carry National Number 5 for the 2013 season.  After 13 grueling rounds, everyone is ready for the winter break.  Jarrod wishes to throw big thanks out to all his great sponsors who made this season so successful!
