After winning the 2012 AMA ATV MX Round 1 Chad Wienen will be running the red pro points number plate at round 2

Galena, IL (4/19/2012) - Wienen to run points leader red plate at Round 2 coming off of a month long break, we here at Wienen Motorsports are very excited to have the weekend and round 2 fast approaching.

Not only will we be heading into the round with the points lead but the AMA had decided that for the 2012 season the series points leader will be the one to run the red plate. With a lot of racing left in the season we look forward to competing this weekend.

“I feel great after the break and feel as if there is just as much excitement about Round 2 as there was Round 1. I’ve been able to ride a few different tracks while we had time off, was not only able to have a lot of fun with friends but was able to progress as well. Having to run the red plate upon our Wienen Motorsports, SSi, Walsh, Yamaha this weekend brings added pressure but I am ready for the challenge and pumped to be able see everyone this weekend at Muddy Creek!” said Chad Wienen.
