- This new Dual muffler
design allows for maximum performance and superior silencing.
This truly dual purpose system will be used by Team Polaris
riders: Matt Smiley, Stephanie Parton, John Gallagher,
Mikey Sroka, and Frank Grimplin in the GNCC series and
Jeff Bertuzzi WORCS series in 2006.
- Increases overall performance 4-5 horsepower
- Increases overall torque by 5ft pounds
- 1lb 7oz lighter than stock
- Unique Dual muffler design for superior silencing
and performance benefits. Allows system to meet
the 96db sound rating for Off-road and 102 db
sound rating for Competition
- Optional Tunable End Tips that allow rider
to tune system to his or her particular riding
style or Track condition. (Available in 32mm,
34mm and 36mm ID sizes)
- Includes both USFS approved Spark Arrestor
and 32mm Competition End Tips
- End Tips can be easily changed in a matter
of seconds with a single Allen Bolt
- Impact extruded Aircraft grade Aluminum Cans
(Heat Treated and Hard Anodized Gray for superior
strength and durability)
- Billet Aluminum In-let and End Caps
- Billet Aluminum mounting brackets with patented
mounting design
- Constructed with 304 series Stainless Steel
tubing that is Tig welded
- Easy to rebuild with Factory Re-pack kit
