Gillett, WI (2/17/2011) - The 2011
Badger State Quad Championship Series has
been officially announced. Season is coming
fast with our first race on April 2nd. This
year we have joined forces with the WIXC series
as they are going host two of our rounds,
with both tracks being new venues for 2011.
The WIXC series is Wisconsin's Bike and Quad
Cross Country series. Plan is to have Quad
MX Saturday morning, Bike MX Saturday afternoon
and then the normally scheduled bike and quad
CC race on Sunday. Those dates on the schedule
are going to be the first round April 2nd
in Mountain, WI and then the July 4th weekend
in Lakewood, WI (Paul Bunyan Ski Hill). Riders
from both disciplines are excited to hear
both series working together and allowing
the opportunity to travel to one location
and race both disciplines in the same weekend.
We will also be traveling south again this
year crossing the Illinois border to go back
to Byron Motorsports Park and Stateline MX.
This weekend will be a double header weekend
with racing Saturday at Stateline MX and then
making the aproximately 30 minute drive to
Byron for racing on Sunday. We already have
racers from Indiana looking for details on
this weekend, which is great to hear.
