Tom Clark Motorsports Announces 2008 GNCC ATV Race Team
Angel Atwell, Jeff Pickens, Josh Kirkland, Corbin Knox, and More..

Belle Vernon, PA (1/7/2008) – For the last several years, Tom Clark Motorsports has sponsored some of the fastest up and coming riders in the ATV scene. This year, they stepped up their game even more, and are pleased to announce one of the most well rounded teams in GNCC. Covering XC1, XC2, Women's, and several amateur classes, the Honda powered team will be all over the series. Teaming up with Laegers and AC Racing, Tom Clark Motorsports is proud to have old and new faces for a whole new setup in 2008.

Past riders Angel Atwell (#202) and Jeff Pickens (#22) will be returning to the team, and we're happy to bring on rising star Josh Kirkland (#27) and Corbin Knox (#35) to take on the Pro Am class. Returning rider Allan Greenwood won the Junior B class last season, and will be looking to take on the competetion in the A class along with Josh Biland; Stephen McCulloch and Jamie Bithell will be moving their program to the afternoon in College B. Bernie Kasslar has a new TRX450R, and is ready to take on the veteran riders in the Super Senior class again this year.

Last season, Angel Atwell made the switch from the YFZ450 to the Honda TRX450R, and it gave a her a new edge in the women's class. After getting the new set-up dialed in and getting comfortable on the new bike, Angel dominated the womens class. Following the summer break, she took four consecutive wins, and was arguably the most consistant rider in the class. The taste of victory hasn't faded, and she is training harder than ever for the upcoming season. With some new sponsors acquired for '08, she feels the set-up of her bike will be better than ever, giving her the edge she needs to bring home the championship. When the flag goes down in Florida on March 2, keep your eyes on number 202, she's a force to be reckoned with.

Tom Clark Motorsports has sponsored riders in many series, in all classes and on many machines, and this year is no exception. “We are looking forward to the 2008 season, we have a great group of racers , dedicated to winning and representing our store. We're dedicated to the sport, and to helping develop champions. With this group, I think we're well on our way. 2008 is in sights to be our best season yet.” says Melissa Szczerba, race team manager for Tom Clark Motorsports.
