- The 2012 race season is upon us with
only a couple short weeks until the gate drops
on yet another exciting year of racing. The team
may not have been competing since the end of the
2011 season but has been hard at preparations
for the upcoming season without any breaks and
now has some exciting news to report.
Team Vollmer is both pleased and excited to
announce partnerships with Baldwin Motorsports
and Wienen Motorsports in their 2012 AMA ATATV
MX series PRO racing efforts. We have always
had the philosophy that the best way to succeed
is to align yourself with the best equipment
and surround yourself with the best people within
the industry. With our line-up of sponsors and
these newly created partnerships we are confident
we have achieved this.

Team Vollmer will have representation in several
classes in this year’s AMA ATATV MX National
series. In the PRO class we will be supporting
Josh Upperman of Baldwin Motorsports and Chad
Wienen of Wienen Motorsports through our new
partnerships. Bryan Vollmer will be competing
in both the PRO Am Unlimited and Production
A classes. Bryan will be making his season debut
in Tennessee at round 2 due to an unfortunate
training incident which has left him sidelined
with a fractured bone in his right hand. The
injury is not serious in nature and Bryan will
be attending the first round to support his
team. We will also have Brandon Antonucci making
his AMA ATATV MX National debut in the Production
C class, we will be watching Brandon to see
how he measures up in the first round and make
a decision of where he will focus his 2012 efforts
after the first round. To round out the Team’s
efforts, Bradley Vollmer will be chasing the
championship in the 50sr class.
The team has been training in Florida on-and-off
since January and is now based there permanently
until the first round. We would like to extend
a special thanks to Mike at Walsh Racecraft
for the hospitality and Ian from SSI decals
for providing what is always top of the line
designs and materials for all of our graphics
needs. We look forward to being on top of the
box and representing all of our sponsors in
the best way possible for the 2012 season.
