first overall in the 4-Stroke
C Class at Englishtown round
9

North Adams, MA (8/31/2011) -
For the first time, NEATV headed
to Englishtown’s Raceway Park in
New Jersey with many locals and district
riders showing up to fill up the gates
alongside the series regulars for what
would be an intense weekend of racing.
The weather would play in an important
part of the weekend, with a big storm
coming; it was only a matter of how quick
it would get there.
In the morning Cody would head out first
for the team in 4-Stroke C, where he would
his skid plate would get hung up leaving
but still managed to pull the holeshot
and distance himself from the field for
the moto 1 win. Andy would head out next
in 4-Stroke B, and come out 2nd behind
Marra and would be able to stay with him
but just couldn’t close the gap
because of how much of an equalizer the
track was. We saw that every moto in the
pro class between Wimmer and Creamer.
After Andy’s 2nd place, Jesse would
head out in the 4-Stroke A moto where
he would get out 2nd but slowly drop back
and finish in the 5th position.
Soon after it would be Cody up again,
this time in Open C, and he wouldn’t
get hung this time, pulling a 2-3 quad
lead before the first corner, and never
look back. Andy would come out 3rd in
the first moto of Open B, and would be
able to make the pass for 2nd before the
checkered. Jesse would get to the corner
2nd in Open A but would be pushed off
the side of the course and have to settle
for a 5th place.
When the afternoon came around, so did
the clouds and they got right back to
racing.
Cody would pull another holeshot and
post another victory on his Rage powered
Walsh/Fox Polaris giving him the overall
for the day. Andy up next was right on
the gate and was able to get to the corner
first and open up a comfortable lead as
he went on to take the moto and overall
win in 4-Stroke B. Then it was Jesse’s
turn and he just couldn’t keep the
front tires down and had to backoff the
throttle early going into the first corner.

Jesse Onesti
placed third in 4-Stoke A aboard
his Polaris Outlaw ATV
|
He would finish in 11th in the moto and
9th for the day. Cody would head out with
his final moto of the day in Open C and
would grab his 4th holeshot and has they
rounded the first corner the rain came.
They would finish the moto with cody taking
the moto win and overall but would call
it a day before Andy and Jesse could run
their motos.
The team heads to round 10 at Hurricane
Hills this weekend. We hope to see you
there.
