Ross stayed strong in his second appearance
on the 2010 NEATV-MX Tour with was round

Bobby
Ross made his second appearance
in the 2010 NEATV Series for round
4, he finished 7th overall on
the weekend despite some issues
at the famous shifting sands of
Southwick
|
In moto 2 which weather played a large part in due to the massive rain storm that
would force them to cancel all motos after
the 2nd pro moto. Bobby would again reach
the top of the hill 2nd behind miller but
he & Miller would make contact on the
back side of the course stalling Bobby.
He managed to refire his machine and make
his way up to the 5th position by the end
of the moto. He would finish 7th overall
for the weekend.
In the Pro-Am division he got squeezed
at the top of the hill and had to make
his way up through the field and finished
in the 8th position. He would end up 8th
overall due them cancelling the 2nd moto.

Bruce Gaspardi Jr. grabbed the
holeshots in both his College
Boy moto and his Open B moto as
well
|
Bruce Gaspardi Jr. continued to be on
what seems to be a hot streak. Winning
not only the Open B moto & overall,
but also doing the same in Collegeboy.
He holeshoted both classes with his Idolspeed
Holeshot Device and now has taken over
the points lead in the those classes.
In Production B he was squeezed in the
first corner and had to make his way through
the pack and finished 2nd in the first
moto, and then in the 2nd moto he would
get out 3rd and make his way into 2nd
position with only 2 corners before the
checkered flag giving him a 2nd overall.
In the 4-stroke B moto he would get in
the 5th position, quickly make his way
into 4th and then would battle with Gillian
for over a lap before making the pass
for 3rd, where he would finish. “I
love everything about my Outlaw, the Fox
floats soak everything up, and Goldspeed
tires give me great traction, I feel that
I have the best machine out there right
now, and I hope to continue my success
this weekend at Capeway”.

Paige Whipple wrecked hard at
Southwick in 2009 suffering a
wrist injury & a bruised ego,
in 2010 however, she lead the
one & only Women's moto on
Sunday before the rain hit, extending
her points lead for 2010 and reestablishing
herself as the fastest Women's
Class racer in the NEATV
|
Paige Whipple also had a fantastic weekend at Southwick. In the only moto of Womens
she would not get out so good but was able
to come up through the field to take the
moto win and extend her points lead over
the rest of the class. In Open B, she would
get out 2nd right behind her teammate Bruce,
and lose one spot but end up 3rd in the
moto which would move her up 5 spots in
the season points.
This coming weekend we are headed to
Capeway Rovers for Round 5 of the NEATV-MX
series, and we will be bringing in a new
face for the remainder of the season to
compete in the 4-Stroke A, Open A, &
Pro-Am classes, so look for the #1 there
this weekend in his debut on a Team Southside
Polaris Outlaw.
We have also opened up our all new website
team-southside.com, we have been constantly
adding new pictures and info and will
continue to so keep checking back.
