Brea, California (11/29/06) - Since
the recent launch of the 2006 Suzuki QuadRacer R450,
American Suzuki Motor Corporation (ASMC) has collected
several top honors and “ATV of the Year”
Awards for its race-ready, high-performance ATV, proving
its significance in the marketplace and on the racetrack.
The new QuadRacer was awarded “2006 Sport ATV
of the Year” by ATV Sport Magazine, “2006

“We’re thrilled to receive such high honors
from top industry publications that truly have a pulse

sell more units. For that, we applaud Suzuki and give
it this award.”

The accolades keep coming for Suzuki’s new QuadRacer
R450. In August, Team Suzuki Yoshimura rider Doug Gust,
who played a major role in developing the new race-ready
ATV, clinched the championship title in the World PowerSports
Association (WPSA) ATV Series Championship, Super Quad
450 Pro Division. Suzuki was also awarded the WPSA Manufacturer’s
Award for 2006, largely due to the QuadRacer R450.
“This was a big win for me and Suzuki,”
said Doug Gust. “It was an honor to help design
this awesome machine. And, to see all of my hard work
pay off on the track made it all worthwhile.”
