Trail Awards Date Update - April 16 Deadline
Great Falls, MT (4/14/2010) - In
our March issue of the newsletter, we incorrectly
stated the due date for the Coalition of Recreational
Trail Awards. The correct due date is April 16,
2010. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused you.
It is important for the OHV community to submit
nominations for these awards. First, the money
for the program comes from the un-refunded gas
tax from Off-Highway Vehicles. Also, we need to
raise awareness of the wonderful uses of the money
and this program to our legislators and these
awards are a perfect opportunity.
To make nomination submission easier for you,
we have attached the nomination form as well as
a communication which was sent to the state trail
administrators in 2009.
