ATV Safety Grants - Submit Your Grant Proposals

Washington, D.C. (3/5/2009) - The
National 4-H Headquarters, in a collaboration between
National 4-H Council and the ATV Safety Institute
(ASI), have announced the request for proposals
for the 2009 ATV Safety grants.
Please contact your local county 4-H office
if you are interested in partnering with them
to promote ATV safety. The application Deadline
is Tuesday, March 24, 2009, 5PM, EST
The 2009 4-H ATV Safety Grant offers: |
- 4-H ATV Safety & ASI ATV Rider Courses
Grants - $5,000-$15,000 to increase ASI's
ATV RiderCourse participation by 125-400
participants per state. Open to state
level applicants only.
- 4-H ATV Safety Education Community Grants-
$2,000 to increase ATV Safety education
by 200 new participants involving participants
in a minimum of four contact hours. Youth
and adults work as partners. Open to state
and county staff and volunteers.
