NE EDT Racing Series Season Opener Preview
New East Extreme Dirt Track Racing Series

Otisville, NY (5/5/2014) - The Hellbound Racing New East Extreme Dirt Track Series formally called North East Extreme Dirt Track Series  will be heading to Kinston, North Carolina onMay 10th, 2014 for Round one of the 5 race 4 stop National East Coast ATV TT Series. 

NE EDT - Round 1 - Kinston, NC - May 10, 2014

Round One will take place at one of the countries favorite ATV TT Tracks located in North Carolina. Ironclad Motorsports is conveniently located just one mile south of Kinston, NC at the Lenoir County Fairgrounds.This track features wide and narrow corners, off-camber turns, small jumps, and plenty of straightaways.  

RV hook-ups are available on-site in the pit area (about a dozen units left).  The complex is conveniently located near local hotels, a shopping mall, Wal-Mart Supercenter, many Downtown businesses and great NC pork barbeque, all within a 5 mile drive.  

Please contact the track directly if you are interested or go to their website for more information regarding hook-ups.  The facility is also completely fenced and is  lighted for security.  The track is located at 400 Fairgrounds Rd,  Kinston, NC 28504.

The gates will open on Friday May 9th for registration which open registration will start at 3pm and there will be an optional practice available from 6-9pm on Friday evening. Registration will again be opened Saturday morning and there will be a practice for all riders that are registered to race on Saturday at 12pm and Heat races will begin at 2pm following the mandatory riders meeting. All main events are set to start at 6pm.

Class registration is $30 for most youth and amateur trophy classes, $40 for the amateur money pay back classes (Open B/C (25% payback), Youth supermini (100% payback), and Pro-Lite Production (50%payback) ,  $50 entry for the Pro-am Class (75% payback), and a $75 entry fee for the Pro Class (100% payback).  

Maul Tech ATV is the proud Round One Pro Class sponsor as some of the countries fastest pros are expected to be on hand to go after the potential for one of the series largest pro purses at round one.  

Turtle Racing is also a proud Round One sponsor as they are sponsoring the Hell bound Racing NE EDT holeshot awards for several classes and one additional lucky class to be drawn at the track. 

All Purpose Solutions is the amateur class Round One sponsor as they are putting up extra money into the purses for the amateur money classes. 

The NE EDT is offering classes for every age, ability, and level of riders from new to the nations fastest ATV TT riders. There will be a Pit bike class offered for fun with only a $20 entry fee (100% payback)  for riders and spectators alike to enjoy and 3 wheeler racing will be on hand as TPC is sponsoring the Holeshot award for 3 wheelers which are another exciting part of the series this season.
