New East Extreme Dirt Track Racing Heads to Black Ankle
NE EDT Flat Track Racing Series Season Finale

Star, NC (9/3/2014) - The Hellbound New East Extreme Dirt Track Series will be traveling to Star, North Carolina on September 13th for round 4 the final round of the Hellbound New East Extreme Dirt Track series .  The track, Black Ankle Raceway, is one of the countries oldest ATV TT Tracks in the country and has been a track that has been involved in the East Coast Extreme Dirt Track Series and other series for a long time.

The track officials have been hard at work making some changes to the track for this race and promise to make this a must go to race for the riders in the NE EDT National series. Black Ankle promises to be a challenging track that will push a rider to their physical limits. It is technical, fast, and can wear a rider down after a few laps so this should make for some great racing where the races will not be over till the checkered flag.

Championships will be decided for 2014 at Black Ankle so we expect to witness some of the best ATV TT racing of the year in North Carolina. The track also has a nice fan base, where hundreds of spectators can often be found watching the race action from trackside so we are hoping for a large spectator fan base for the Saturday Night main events.

For the Dynamic Graphic Pro Class for round 4 there will be a potential $3,000  Pro Purse available if 20 Pro riders come to the line for the main event. The Jeff’s Remodeling Pro-Lite class which is our top amateur class has a potential $650 total purse with a full gate and our top youth class Jeff’s Remodeling Supermini class has a potential $950 total purse with a full gate.

For round 4 the final stop of the 2014 season there is a potential for over $5,000 in purse and awards to be won in North Carolina by the riders of the series from youth to Pros so make sure this race is part of your final racing plans for 2014.

Included in this cash awards is the NE EDT Macken Sewage Holeshot awards which will have $500 overall to be given away in  holeshot money awards at this round for it’s riders in select classes. This will be the last big race of the year so make sure you plan to be a part of it.
