Armagh, PA (7/8/2010) - Dalton Millican had a great weekend on the 8th stop of the AMA ATV Motocross series in Armagh PA.

Millican rode his Joe Byrd Quad Riding School bike to a Podium finish in the Production A class grabbing 3rd overall. “This was a really fast track and a lot of fun to ride. This place has some very fast sections as well as some very tight technical areas. The weather was great and I can’t wait to go again” Millican said.

In the 450A class Millican was hoping for a better finish than he got. In Moto 1 while racing in the 3rd position he stripped a hub which gave him a bad finish for that Moto. After repairs were made Millican was ready for Moto 2. Equipped with a new set of Hoosier tires Millican was first out of the gate and lead for the early part of the race eventually finishing in the 2nd position. This gave Millican a 6th place overall for the 450A class. “This was one that got away if we had not had parts failure it was very possible we could have won the overall. Part break and we lose races that is just part of it. I have been around racing my whole life when it’s your day it is easy. The problem is it’s not always your day” Millican said with a grin.

Dalton would like to thank the following sponsors:
