GNCC XC1 Pro Class Champion Chris Borich
takes his third win of the 2011 race season
at Big Buck GNCC in Union, SC

Suwanee, GA (4/13/2011) - Riders
on Razr tires claimed four of the top six spots
at Round 4 of the GNCC ATV series. Leading the charge
was Chris Borich, who took his third win of the
year at the Big Buck. The race was held April 9
in Union, South Carolina.
After a top-five start, Borich had gained the
lead by the third lap and held the front spot
until he crossed the finish line. He was joined
on the XC1 Pro podium by Taylor Kiser in third.
"I had a good race out there. These Maxxis
tires hooked up awesome, and we got a good holeshot
out of it,” said Borich. “Basically,
they just took me to the front today. We had a
lot of different obstacles out there - dry, slick
conditions. I can't thank Maxxis enough for getting
me up the hills and getting me a victory."
With 106 points, Borich is first in XC1 Pro standings,
while Kiser is fourth.

Fowler is unfeated after winning round
4 in Union, SC

Walker Fowler took his fourth XC2 Pro Am win
in as many races, finishing fifth overall in the
afternoon race. Fellow Maxxis rider Gabe Phillips
finished second in XC2 Pro Am. Fowler and Phillips
are first and second in XC2 Pro Am points, respectively.
"Coming into Big Buck, we were looking for
some rain, but the weather ended up holding out
for us,” said Fowler. “I got a good
third-place off the start. The Maxxis tires hooked
up good. I just got in the lead the first lap
and put the hammer down to get my fourth straight
win and fifth overall." Like Borich, Kiser
and Phillips, Fowler chose Razr 2 front tires
and Razr rears for Round 4.
Cliff Beasley remained undefeated in the U2 class
with his fourth win of the season, while Michael
Swift and Daryl Rath took second and third in
4x4 Open. Traci Cecco was third in the Women’s
class.
