No AMA Card Required to Race MAXC Round 8 Rally in the Valley

Mooresville, IN (9/20/2012) -MAXC Round 8 will take place on September 22, 2012 in Gosport Indiana just down the road from the Indy 100 GNCC race site. This new location will allow for a track to be 10-12 miles in length and will cover 800+ acres of awesome cross country terrain. This will be a new site never before raced on and will have plenty of great parking.

MAXC Round 8 - Rally in the Valley - Gosport, IN - September 22, 2012

Parking will be right off the county road and appox. 1/4 mile from state highway 67. This will be one of our longest courses and will provide many terrain challenges!

MAXC Racing and AMA have been working together in hopes of coming up with a solution for the price of an AMA membership. AMA has agreed to let us run Round 8 and not require an AMA membershi. THIS RACE ONLY.

We hope to have riders who are not AMA members come to this race and experience a Mid America Race and have them become AMA members in the future.

AMA is a very important association for all of us off road racers and recreational riders. Again this is just a one race pass on AMA memberships for this Mid America event and it will not be an AMA points paying event but will pay Mid America Points. The last two rounds coming up in October will be AMA national points paying races!
