Bryan Cook placed sixth overall in the
XC1 class at Mountain Ridge GNCC

FRE/KTM rider Bryan Cook finished
6th overall in the XC1 class at the Mountain Ridge
ATV GNCC in Somerset, PA.
The eleventh round of the series was held on
the rockiest terrain the racers had seen this
season. Rain the Friday before the race had
kept the ground moist and allowed for no dust
in the fields but a few mud holes in the deep
sections of the woods.
Cook was able to rocket his KTM off the line
just missing the holeshot by mere inches. He
was quickly caught up in the battle for the
lead with top runners Adam McGill, Brian Wolf,
Chris Borich, Chris Bithell and Taylor Kiser.
The six riders stuck together in a tight freight
train for the first part of the race. Cook held
6th position throughout the majority of the
race and eventually finished in that spot when
the checkered flag flew. Wolf went on to take
the win followed by McGill, Bithell, Kiser and
Borich to make up the top five.
