The Kibblewhite valve spring kit, part number 82-82160 for Polaris RZR 900XP naturally aspirated models increases seat pressure from the stock 42# to 48#, and open pressure from 101# to130# at stock lift. At the maximum designed lift of .445” the open pressure is increased to 149#.

The Kibblewhite valve spring kit for turbocharged models is designed to increase seat pressure from the stock 42# to 65#, and open pressure from 101# to 175# at stock lift. At the maximum designed lift of .445” the open pressure is increased to 200#.

Both lightweight kits feature dual spring’s designs and wound from Kobe Super-Clean Chrome silicon valve spring wire that has been heat treated and shot peened. Each Kibblewhite kit also includes Finite Element Analysis designed titanium retainers, and hardened steel bases for improved performance, longevity and fitment.
