Racing took its show to the Phoenix round of Quad
Cross under the stars. It was a beautiful evening
for racing.
There were so many pro’s that they had
to have heat races to fill the gate of 20 riders.
Our riders Robbie Mitchell #7 and Dax Snow #61
made the main. A great show would soon follow.
In the Pro main the gates dropped and off they
went with Robbie and Dax hitting the first turn
in 4th and 5th then a downed rider brought out
the red flag and we had to do it all over again.
The downed rider was okay.
The second start Jimmy White of Kawasaki gave
our boys some encouraging words and when the gate
dropped we entered the 1st turn with Robbie in
3rd and Dax in 6th. Robbie had a great race holding
onto 3rd for half of the race when Dustin Nelson
moved into 3rd Robbie then had his hands full
holding off a hard charging Josh Fredrick for
a 4th place finish it was a great battle and Dax
came in 10th. Not to bad for a couple of WORCS
Kawasaki’s making it in the top 10 in Quad
Cross.
