marks Brian Wolf's 2nd win at
the Snowshoe GNCC in his class
& his 2nd time beating many
XC1 Pro racers on elapsed time

Ontario, CA (7/12/2010) - Riding ITP Holeshot tires front and
rear on his HMF Honda, privateer Brian Wolf
did the seemingly impossible for the second
year in a row. At the extremely challenging
Snowshoe GNCC in West Virginia, the XC2
Pro-Am class rider once again claimed the
overall win, beating numerous factory-backed
XC1 Pro riders on elapsed time.
It was also once again a very lucrative
performance for the Medina, Ohio, native,
as he collected another $10,000 check
from MotorcycleUSA.com.

Wolf
slid into the XC2 Pro-Am lead
shortly after the start and never
looked back. Two hours later,
he was ahead of all but one XC1
Pro rider and the entire XC2 Pro-Am
field

Said Wolf after his popular victory,
“This is crazy. I never thought
it was possible to win this two years
in a row. I guess you just play the game
and see what happens. This is the toughest
race of the year and it's just a matter
of who can play the game the longest.
Nobody wants to run hard though this stuff
and take chances and we built this bike
so we could run hard and take chances
and that's what we did today."
It was Wolf’s third win of the
year in the XC2 Pro-Am division, which
extended his points lead in this class
for 2010. The Snowshoe round of the Grand
National Cross Country season was the
ninth of 13 events on the schedule. The
series now takes its traditional summer
break, and will return to action in September.
