Josh Creamer
Wins AMA ATV Motocross Season
Finale
|
Ontario, CA (8/20/2009) -
ITP’s new QuadCross MX PRO Lite proved
once again to be the tire to beat at the
final round of the 2009 ITP / Moose Racing
AMA ATV Motocross Championship Series, held
at a steamy Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane
Mills, Tennessee.
Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Josh
Creamer was the star of the day, as he
and his QuadCross MX PRO Lite-mounted
KFX450 grabbed the moto one holeshot and
then pulled away from the pack for a decisive
victory. Creamer led much of moto two
as well, until teammate Chad Wienen —
who had been severely hampered by a first-turn
tangle in moto one — moved into
the lead to claim the last checkered flag
of the season. That made it a QuadCross
MX PRO Lite/Monster Energy Kawasaki 1-2
for the final moto and an overall win
for Creamer, his second in 2009. Finishing
third overall for the day was Warnert
Racing Can-Am’s John Natalie, who
claimed 3-4 moto finishes with his ITP
QuadCross MX PRO Lite tires.
