High Lifter Products Inc., the leader in custom

announced the newest product to help battle overheating
caused by clogged radiators – the Radiator
Relocation Kit for Polaris models.
The stock location of Ranger radiators can easily
clog and overheat from riding in muddy conditions.
To tackle this problem, High Lifter’s research
and development team relocated the radiator to
a higher position under the hood to prevent clogging
from mud. Additionally, the team included a shroud
between the hood and radiator to ensure that the
radiator receives fresh air from the outside environment
instead of re-circulated air from under the hood.
The kit reuses the stock radiator and includes
a custom scooped hood available in black or carbon-fiber
color.
“The development of the Radiator Relocation
Kit for Polaris Ranger models was a huge step
for us and for UTV owners,” said Scott Smith,

the few options available to keep UTV radiators
out of the mud were unsafe and dangerous –
such as relocating the radiator behind the driver/passenger
headrests. With our solution, Ranger owners can
move the radiator higher without risking the safety
of the driver or passenger.”
