Oil City, PA (4/11/2014) - Hetrick Racing / Corrosion Specialties / FTR Powersports team rider Nick Moser earned third overall in Pro-Am Class at round 2 of the 2014 Mtn. Dew ATV Motocross National Championship this past weekend. Moser started the first moto coming out of the gate in 12th and working his way up through the pack to 4th before crossing the finish line.

In moto two, Moser used his Hetrick Racing motor and Maxxis tires to launch him out of the gate quickly grabbling the holeshot. Leading most of the race, Moser was battling it out with Sean Taylor and Ronnie Higgerson. Moser was able to push himself and make passes back with his Hetrick Racing Honda 450R and finished the race in the number one spot that gave him the 3rd overall for a great weekend.

"My bike worked awesome with my Elka Suspension, Hetrick motor and Maxxis tires," Moser said.

Leaving round 2 with a boost of confidence, Nick Moser is excited to head to High Point Raceway in Mount Morris, PA for round 3 on May 17-18th.
