3rd Annual GBC Motorsports Heartland Challenge Presented By SAFRS
August 19-21, 2010 - Carlisle, Iowa

Carlisle, IA (3/16/2010) - The third annual GBC Motorsports Heartland Challenge Presented by SAFRS dates are now finalized with the racing action set for the summer on August 19-21, 2010.

The second annual GBC Motorsports Heartland Challenge was held this past August 20-22nd, and despite unseasonable cool weather for August in Iowa, nearly a hundred teams competed in the 10 Hour ATV Challenge, 3 Hour Youth ATV Challenge, 4 Hour UTV challenge and the 1 Hour Mini RZR Challenge.

I n addition to an action packed weekend of racing, The Heartland Challenge will once again coincide with the last weekend of the famous Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, IA which attracts over one million visitors annually.

Carlisle, which is a suburb of Des Moines is the home of the Heartland Challenge. The race location is conveniently located near plenty of hotels, restaurants, and the Des Moines International Airport, all of which are located within 12 miles of the track.

All four team endurance races will return for 2010, with the 3 Hour Youth ATV Challenge, 4 Hour UTV Challenge, 1 Hour Mini RZR Challenge and the 10 Hour ATV Challenge.

The GBC Heartland Challenge continues to grow with the help of GBC. GBC Motorsports announcement at last years riders meeting that they were committing to the event for the next five years as the Title Sponsor and SAFRS as the Presenting Sponsor, this shows stability of this race and the commitment to become the premier ATV Endurance race in America.
