H&M Motorsports' David Haagsma Wins The Ranch Quad X
Beau Baron Second at Yamaha Quad-X Round 7

Anza, CA (11/4/2013) –The H&M Motorsports Team took over the seventh round of the Yamaha Quad X Series held at The Ranch in Anza, California. David Haagsma took the win in both motos. Beau Baron overcame his recent injury to take second for the day.

Haagsma championed both motos by grabbing the holeshots and continuing on to the checkers. Haagsma’s win gave him a twelve point edge in the championship chase as the series heads to the final round. Haagsma had won four of the seven rounds this season.

“I had a great day. I was able to get both holeshots and hold on to take the 1-1. I need to thank Sparks and Maxxis for the holeshots and Impact Solutions and Elka for making the track feel so smooth. I am really excited to have a solid points lead going into the final round,” regarded Haagsma.

After breaking his collar bone five weeks ago, Beau Baron was able to pull off second place overall on his Honda 450R at The Ranch

Baron was able to put on a good run and take 3-2 finishes after breaking his collar bone a few weeks ago. The finishes allowed Baron to claim second overall. Baron is currently sitting in second place, just one point ahead of second place as the series heads to a close in a few weeks.

“I was really surprised that I could ride that fast after not riding for five weeks. I am super stoked to be able to podium,” regarded Baron after the race.

Both Haagsma and Baron will be back for the final battle of the season at the Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California on November 9th.
