Mobile Site Enabling Access
to All Features of the Full Website
Morgantown, WV (3/3/2011)
- The Can-Am Grand National Cross Country
series is pleased to announce the launch of an
all-new mobile website at GNCCRacing.com.
Visitors on iPhones, android-based devices, and
other web-enabled phones will now be able to access
all of the features of the full website, including
live timing and scoring, as well as GNCC videos,
in a more mobile-friendly format.
"The world has gone mobile, and it's important
to Racer Productions that fans and participants
of GNCC Racing are able to access the information
they need to follow the series from the convenience
of their handheld devices," said GNCC Event
Director Tim Cotter. "The new mobile site
makes this a much better experience than before,"
Cotter added.
The mobile site will come especially in handy
on race weekends, as fans can check out live scoring
updates on their favorite rider from their handheld
device. For fans that don't have a web-enabled
phone, GNCC
Live Laps Texting Service is a way to receive
lap-by-lap real-time updates from your favorite
GNCC events via text message.
Users simply need to log on to GNCCRacing.com
on a web-enabled mobile device to use the new
mobile site. Those who prefer to access the full
website can turn the mobile site off at the bottom
of the screen.

About GNCC Racing:
The Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series
is America's premier off-road racing series. Founded
in 1979, the 13-round championship is produced
exclusively by Racer Productions. Cross country
racing is one of the most physically demanding
sports in the world. The grueling three-hour GNCC
races lead as many as 1,800 riders through tracks
ranging in length from 10 to 12 miles, competing
for more than $3 million in prizes. With varied
terrain, including hills, woods, mud, dirt, rocks
and motocross sections, GNCC events are tests
of both survival and speed. For more information,
