Host UTV Baja Cup & ITP 6 Hour ATV Endurance

- This weekend, Glen Helen Raceway will be hosting
three great events that you won't want to miss!
The Baja Cup Challenge finale will be tearing
it up all day Saturday, followed by the ITP 6
Hour Quad Endurance race and Old-Timer's MX on
the USGP track on Sunday!
The Baja Cup Challenge Series finale will feature
great off-road action as
some of the best off-road drivers battle for up
to $10,000 in cash and
prizes. The race will take place on a special
4.5-mile loop that will
challenge drivers and provide great views for
spectators. For those that
want a first hand look at the course, a controlled
speed pre-run will take
place from 7-9AM, and is open to anyone as long
as they have a helmet and a
seat belt.
The ITP 6 hour Quad Endurance race is one of
the premiere quad endurance racing events of the
year, and will test both man and machine with
a special course that utilizes nearly the entire
Glen Helen facility. Teams of up to four members
may use up to two quads to complete the event,
and a variety of classes are available, including
Open Expert/Sportsman, 450 Production Expert/Sportsman,
Over 40, Over 30, Women, Business, Family, and
Ironman. This event always attracts riders from
all over the country, including some of the biggest
names in the sport, so you wont want to miss this!
Sunday's racing will also include the 2011 Season
opener for the Old-Timers SoCal MX Club on the
USGP track. Signups begin at 8AM, and practice
begins at 9AM. Old-Timers events always offer
something for everyone, so bring the family!
Come out to Glen Helen Raceway this weekend and
kick off 2011 with some great racing action!
