Team Motoworks / Can-Am Racer Jeremie Warnia Sweeps Pro ITP Quadcross in Arizona

Can-Am's Jeremie Warnia won both the Pro Production and Open Pro classes, putting him in 1s place for both championships
Valcourt, Canada (9/23/2009) - Team Motoworks / Can-Am pilot Jeremie Warnia made quick work of the field as he raced his Can-Am DS 450™ EFI ATV to victories in both the Pro Production and Open Pro classes at the latest round of the ITP Quadcross championship. The race was held under the lights of the SpeedWorld Motocross Park near Surprise, Arizona last Saturday night. He grabbed both holeshots in the Open Pro class and had a convincing victory in the final of the Pro Production class. Both wins put Warnia in first place for both the Production Pro- and Open Pro-class championships.

“Jeremie Warnia is a very talented racer and we are sure glad to have him winning on the Motoworks DS 450,” says Jimmie O'Dell, Racing Manager for Can-Am ATVs at BRP. “This makes four Pro-Production wins in seven rounds of racing; what an impressive year he is having out West!"

In other news at round seven of the ITP Quadcross series, Josh Frederick made his first motocross start since an injury earlier this year. In the Open Pro class, Frederick rode his Motoworks-prepped DS 450 to a second-place overall finish. He was able to recover from a first-moto flat tire in the Pro Production class for 10th overall for the weekend.

Amateur racer, Dillon Zimmerman, finished third overall in the 450 Production Expert class aboard his Team Motoworks / Can-Am DS 450. Zimmerman is in a tight points battle for the class championship.

The next ITP Quadcross race will be October 25th at Cahuilla Creek near Anza, California. For more information on Can-Am racing, our 2009 contingency program and amateur DS 450 support program, please visit www.can-amxteam.com.
