Hosts Fourth of July weekend Celebration

Clearville, PA - (6/27/2006) -July 4th marks yet another date for a wonderful Holiday weekend planned at the Proving Grounds. The festivities will start Saturday, July 1st to start off the extended weekend long celebration. Saturday also marks the first ever “Quad Pulled Couch Race”, where contestants will use a quad to pull modified couches through a course made up on the proving grounds driveway. Spectating will be exciting and fun.

Saturday evening we hold outdoor lighted pitbike and mini quad races on the kids track for riders old and young, there are classes for everyone. Four stroke pitbikes are limited up to 125cc and two strokes are limited to 85cc. Quad races will run up to 300cc four stroke and 200cc two stroke. This outlaw race is for fun, no pressure. Just a great evening to run the kids track at night under the lights with awesome prizes and plaques.

Sunday and Monday Breezewood Proving Grounds will host a free cook-out for everyone. Pit Beef will be served Sunday and Monday we'll serve hot dogs and Hamburgers.

An exciting volleyball game has been scheduled for Sunday evening under the lights. Quad riders vs. two wheel riders.

Bring your pit bike or mini quad out for some great racing action. Keep in mind we will have big wheel classes for up to 125 cc four stroke bikes.

As always tracks will be groomed and in great riding condition. Can'twait to ride with you.
