BCS / Can-Am's Josh Creamer went 5-1 to earn third overall in Walnut, IL

West Springfield, MA (5/28/2013) –Rain and shine greeted the racers at the fifth round of the Mtn. Dew ATV MX National Championship Series and Josh Creamer didn’t let the changing conditions mess with his racing skills as he scored 5-1 to take third overall in the AMA Pro ATV Class on his BCS Performance / ITP Tires Can-AM DS450.

Creamer had his BCS Performance Can-Am DS450 just outside the top five as the Pro field moved through the first turns in moto one. He put on a hard charge and battled his way to fifth on lap seven. He continued to charge ahead and clocked his personal fastest lap of the moto on lap ten, a quick 01:43.967. Creamer kept up his pace and crossed the finish line in fifth, eleven seconds ahead of sixth position.

“My Can-Am DS450 was working great. BCS had it set up just where it needs to be and I can’t complain about the way it worked at all,” said Creamer after the moto.

As Creamer and the rest of the pro field took the gate for the second moto the rain moved in and drastically changed the track conditions. Creamer used his BCS powered engine to get off the line near the front of the pack and quickly began a battle for the lead. His ITP tires were hooking up great in the newly muddy conditions and he was able to make a clean pass to take the lead on lap two.  Creamer had pressure on him for the entire moto, but rode smart and was able to take the win by 01.395. His 5-1 moto finishes earned his third overall for the round.
