both the Pro & Pro-Am podiums at round
7 at Hurricane Hills MX

- BCS Performance’s Cody Miller made the podium
once again in both the Pro and Pro-am classes at
round seven of the 2010 New England ATV Motocross
Series, hosted for the first time by Hurricane Hills
in Clifford, Pennsylvania.
This new facility boasted several big jumps and
some technical terrain, including a rhythm section
that is modeled after Loretta Lynn’s famous
“Ten Commandments”, which seemed to
suit Cody Miller quite well. “The rhythm
section was great. It was kind of technical and
that’s where I was able to make most of
my passes,” said Miller.

In the first Pro moto, Cody Miller and Joe Haavisto would connect on the start,
causing both riders to fall back, but Miller made
a hard charge and was able to work his way into
sixth place before reaching the checkered flag.
In the second moto, Miller was in mid pack off
the line, but was able to move up to fourth before
reaching the finish line. Miller’s 6-4 finishes
were enough to put him on the Pro podium in third
place overall for the day. After his podium showing,
Miller is currently only three points off the
Pro points lead under Joe Haavisto.

Santaniello was back in the swing of things
for round 7 going 10-10 in the Pro-Am
class for 11th overall & 10-10 in
the Pro class as well for 9th overall

In the Open Pro-am class, Miller grabbed the holeshot and checked out to win his
qualifying round. In the Pro-am main event, Miller
would be in mid pack off the start, but he would
put the hammer down and work his way into fourth
place before taking the checkered flag. Miller’s
1-4 finishes put him in third overall in the Pro-am
class as well. Miller is currently second in points
in the Pro-am class.
Round number eight of the 2010 New England ATV
Motocross Series will be heading to Capeway Rovers
Motocross in Middleboro, MA on August 1st, where
BCS Performance’s Cody Miller will be going
for the top of the Pro podium and the Pro points
lead.
