Ballance Racing's Walker Fowler Goes Undefeated at Big Buck GNCC

Ballance Racing Yamaha's Walker Fowler is currently undefeated in the GNCC XC 2 Pro-Am class after round 4

As the flag waived to start the 2011 Big Buck GNCC, XC-1 Pro rider Taylor Kiser would get a respectable start and enter the woods in 5th. Kiser made a couple quick passes and settled into 3rd where he would ride the majority of the day. Still in the hunt after he pitted, Kiser would soon find himself scrambling to keep pace with the leaders.

"About a mile after I pitted, some breaking bumps kicked me sideways and off my quad. Once I got going again, I just put my head down and tried to put in a strong finish", said Taylor Kiser.

Kiser would finish up the day 3rd in XC-1 Pro Class and would remain 4th in points for the series, just 24 points out of 1st.

Walker Fowler would again show his dominance in the XC-2 Pro-Am class at round 4 of the 2011 GNCC Racing Season.

"I felt very confident going into the Big Buck. The head cold I thought I had at the last race actually turned out to be allergies, but we have them under control now and this is defiantly my favorite race. At the start I was 3rd into the woods and was able to take the lead by the 3 mile marker. Then I tried a new strategy and pushed hard for the first hour, and then settled into my pace. It worked really well, I won XC-2 Pro-Am Class and finished 5th overall for the day. This was easily my most comfortable race this season and I'm really looking forward to Loretta's", stated Walker Fowler.
