Banquet Set for October 20

Pickerington, OH (9/21/2007) – It's time to make your banquet and room reservations for this year's banquet and, most important, nominate your favorite riders, sponsors and mechanics for the special recognition they deserve.

This year, the banquet will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites at Fort Rapids in Columbus, Ohio. Fort Rapids features 60,000 square feet of wet, wild, western fun for the whole family.

Call (877) 337-7527 for room reservations and mention the ATVA. Reservations must be made by September 29 to receive the discounted ATVA rate. Rooms are available with or without water park passes.

Reservations for the banquet are just $39 for adults and $19 for children. Banquet registration includes a buffet dinner, the awards ceremony and a post-ceremony dance.

To make your banquet reservations, call Tracey Powell at (866) 288-2664 ext. 1248, or download the registration form (PDF) to register by fax or mail. Banquet reservations must be made by October 12.

When making your reservations, be sure to nominate your candidates for the Special Recognition Awards. Categories include: Youth Rider of the Year, Amateur Rider of the Year, Pro/Pro-Am Rider of the Year, Mechanic of the Year, Sponsor of the Year, Most Improved Youth Rider of the Year, Most Improved Amateur Rider of the Year, and Most Improved Pro/Pro-Am Rider of the Year.
