NEATV-MX Racer,
Angie Maher, Seriously Injured this Weekend
ATVriders.com Sends Prayers to
the Maher & NEATV-MX Families
Tolland, CT (9/7/2010) - We
at ATVriders.com and the New England ATV MX Family
would like to extend our thoughts and prayers
to the Maher Family as they endure this difficult
time. Angie Maher, K&K ATV Women’s Class
NEATV-MX racer was seriously injured on Saturday
afternoon during practice at Jolly Roger MX Park
for round 10 of the series.
She was airlifted to Dartmouth Hospital in New
Hampshire where she would undergo extensive testing
and monitoring. Unfortunately on the morning of
Tuesday September 7th, Angie would pass away from
the injuries she sustained during her accident.
The Maher Family needs all of your hopes and prayers
during this time of struggle. Angie was a tough,
kind hearted racer and person, and as she would
say “Keep ‘er pinned!,” We wish
her and her family the utmost strength in the
future.
Her services will be held at St Mathews Church
in Tolland, Connecticut September 13th and 14th.
There will also be a gathering at the Italian
Social Club immediately following the services
on the 14th.
