Huntington Beach, CA (11/18/2009) - Acorn Woods Communications is proud to announce the addition of Cassandra Clawson as Media Relations Specialist in the company’s new West Coast office located in Huntington Beach, California. Clawson will be producing press releases, making ACW clients available to the media, as well as supporting Team

Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki/Yoshimura PR race efforts in road racing, Supercross/Motocross, off-road and ATV racing. She will be on site at many of the events across the country, coordinating press conferences, autograph signings and interviews.

Prior to accepting the job at Acorn Woods Communications, Clawson spent five years as the managing editor and one of the creative co-founders of Quad Off-Road Magazine at Transworld Media. In her spare time she is an avid road racing and supercross fan as well as an active motorcyclist.

"Cassandra has been a valuable asset for many years at Quad Magazine and we are lucky to have her onboard here at AWC," Acorn Woods president Owen Provence said. "Her skill set fits right in with many of our current projects and increases our available resources for our clients and the media."

Acorn Woods Communications specializes in powersports marketing, public relations and advertising with offices both in California and Connecticut.
