The
Build - John Deere Gator 825i XUV |
We began the build with an Olive Green 52hp Gator
825i XUV with the following factory direct options
right from John Deere. Deere has a really great
online customization program that allows you to
see the options be added to the machine as you
configure it online. Pricing for many of these
factory installed options, will be shown when

First we knew we needed a custom paint: We
decided to use a fairly new technology called
Hydrographics or Hydro Imaging, this process
consists of transferring a pattern to an object
using water displacement. This allows for a
custom look at a fraction of the cost of hand
painting or airbrushing.

Services used Hydrographics to paint the
hood with a Carbon Fiber look |
Green
flames were also added to the fenders
& side panels to further accent the
Gator |
The graphic we choose was “Carbon Fiber”
look and the paint was a House of Colors lime
green. The hood and bed panel inserts were painted
and dipped with the carbon fiber print, while
the fenders and flames on the side panels of
the bed were painted with a House of Color lime
green paint and the flames on the bed were finished
with hand painted pin stripping.
