Shelbyville, TN (1/21/2016) - Team UXC Racing is proud to announce that they will be back for the 2016 race season with continued support from Polaris Factory Racing. UXC is eager to start their third season with Polaris Industries as their title sponsor. “Polaris the leader in off road motorsports-understands and appreciates what it takes to support a factory team on and off the track. We are continuing our relationships with the industry leading aftermarket companies as well as adding a few to the team in 2016,” commented Michael Swift (UXC’s Team Manager).
GNCC ATVs
Team UXC’s Michael Swift and Kevin Trantham will be returning to compete in the GNCC’s Pro 4×4 class and show case the Polaris Scrambler XP 1000’s full capabilities. The duo caught the eyes of all in 2015 with their impressive domination, winning 10 of 13 rounds in the premier morning race event.
GNCC UTVs
Michael Swift and Kevin Trantham will be piloting a new Polaris 1000S Razor in the Pro UTV class. Swift will be running his RZR sponsored by Polaris Lubricants while Trantham’s is sponsored by Custom Axis.
Team UXC Racers
Also back for 2016 are the riders that complete the UXC team. Graham Widdicombe from the United Kingdom will return on his all new Polaris Scrambler 850 EPS to chase the points in the GNCC 4×4 40+ class. Nic Snyckers from Toronto, Canada will also pilot a Scrambler 850 EPS in the GNCC 4×4 C Class. The newest addition to the UXC team is Jeff Wright from Phoenix, Arizona. A desert racer by nature, Jeff will compete at 13 GNCC rounds this season in the 4×4 A/B class.
