Laughlin, NV (2/24/2016) - The Bulloch Racing team scored two podium finishes at the Best in the Desert UTV World Championship with Skyler scoring a second place finish in the UTV Production 700 class, and Stockton finished third in the Production 250 class. Unfortunately, Ray Bulloch race was cut short while battling for the win in Production 1000 class at this special racing event.

After starting on the fourth row, Ray Bulloch was charging to the front in his Polaris and was in contention for a podium finish. However, the rough track here claimed yet another victim.

“I made quite a few passes,” said Bulloch. “We were battling with some of the faster guys in front of me. Then I got into the dust and hit a rock and broke and A-arm out of the frame. That ended our day. It was tough luck. We had high hopes of bettering our fifth-place finish from last year. The kids did well. We’re here racing and that’s racing. We’ll get them next time.”

Meanwhile, Skylar Bulloch took his Arctic Cat to a second-place finish in the 700 Production Class.

“It was complete carnage out there,” said Skylar Bulloch. “I had no idea where I even finished. The track was so rough, but it was fun. There was one section that just whoops after whoops. Racing is the most fun thing ever. I love the side by sides. The Wildcat runs pretty well.”

Stockton Bulloch battled his way to a third-place finish in Production 250 in his Polaris RZR.

“It was a fun race,” explained Bulloch. “The 21 and I were battling the whole race. I got past him a few times, but he took second I finished third. The track was rough, but it was really fun.”

The Bulloch family will be back in action this weekend, February 26-28 for Round 3 of the WORCS Championship in Las Vegas at the South Point Casino.
