GNCC Pro SxS Racing - John Yokley Polaris RZR Racer

Masontown, WV (10/21/2015) -Team Big Country Powersports headed to St. Clairsville, Ohio on Saturday for the penultimate round of the 2015 GNCC Side-by-Side Championship. Team Driver John Yokley experienced a tough day after an encounter with a tree ended his day with a DNF at the Powerline Park GNCC.
                                             
Yokley and his passenger Jarrod McClure lined up on row four, where they powered the Polaris RZR S 900 into second place off the start. Yokley put himself into a favorable position on the opening lap, where he began making a charge toward the front of the pack.

However, as he was navigating through a tight section of the trail, Yokley’s machine clipped a tree and ultimately caused enough damage to end his race before the completion of lap one.

“I thought we were going to be fine so we kept pushing on but after we blew past the next corner I knew something was wrong,” Yokley said. "We're just going to set our sights on Ironman and look forward to ending the season on a strong note."

The GNCC Side-by-Side Championship returns to action Saturday, Oct. 31 in Crawfordsville, Indiana for the season finale at the Ironman GNCC. For more information on the team, please visit www.yokleyracing.com.
